From photovoltaics to multi-use storage: building tomorrow’s energy together.

From the design of innovative photovoltaic plants to the deployment of advanced storage solutions, STARCORP GROUP masters the entire energy value chain. Our lithium batteries and intelligent supervisors optimize production, secure grid injection, and reduce energy costs. Our ambition: to guarantee reliability, maximize profitability, and contribute to a more stable and sustainable power grid.

1. Solar Energy Production

Producing tomorrow’s solar energy: efficient, safe, and sustainable.

The mission of STARCORP GROUP is to transform solar potential into a reliable, high-performance, and sustainable source of energy. Our photovoltaic plants are not limited to simply installing panels on a roof or field: they integrate the best available technologies to ensure superior yields and maximum safety.

We use bifacial glass-glass panels, recognized for their robustness and optimized efficiency. This technology ensures greater resistance to climatic constraints and extended durability, thereby maximizing investment profitability. On the conversion side, we deploy direct-conversion inverters, offering efficiency close to 99%. Their design, equipped with multiple MPPT inputs, allows us to get the best out of each photovoltaic string, even under variable field conditions.

Safety and reliability are at the heart of our projects. Each plant is equipped with an intelligent DC combiner box capable of analyzing all production lines in real time. In case of anomaly, the system immediately isolates the affected section and protects the installation. All operations are supervised by our central STARCORP computer, which monitors production, grid injection, and overall safety. This supervisor ensures that injected power never exceeds the limits defined in the reinjection contract, guaranteeing regulatory compliance and operator peace of mind.

Whether ground-mounted plants, agrivoltaic projects, agricultural shed or industrial building installations, or photovoltaic carports, we design turnkey solutions that combine performance, durability, and advanced supervision.

2. Energy Storage – The STARCORP Expertise

From battery design to intelligent supervision, STARCORP masters the entire storage value chain to deliver modular, connected, and scalable solutions.

What sets STARCORP GROUP apart is our complete mastery of the energy storage value chain. Unlike many players on the market, we manufacture our own lithium batteries as well as the BMS systems that control them. This allows us to offer perfectly tailored, reliable, and scalable solutions.

Our industrial solutions take the form of ESS containers, with capacities ranging from 250 kWh to 2.7 MWh. These modular systems meet the needs of grid stabilization, peak shaving, and the creation of autonomous energy microgrids. For medium-scale applications, we also provide ground-based storage cabinets from 50 kWh to 1 MWh, particularly suitable for uses such as powering pumping systems, autonomous public lighting, or local charging stations.

For residential use, we have developed connected home battery solutions designed to optimize self-consumption.

These systems integrate V2G (Vehicle-to-Grid) and V2H (Vehicle-to-Home) technologies, allowing the battery of an electric vehicle to serve as a true energy reserve. With V2G, stored electricity can be reinjected into the grid when it is most needed. With V2H, the energy directly powers the home, reducing dependence on the traditional grid and increasing energy autonomy.

The STARCORP supervisor plays a central role in this system. In industrial and agricultural environments, it continuously analyzes consumption profiles and adjusts the required storage capacity to reduce or even completely eliminate the electricity bill. In residential settings, it automatically manages the charging of home batteries and electric vehicles, balancing user comfort, self-consumption, and surplus resale.

Thus, our storage solutions are not limited to simple batteries: they are true intelligent energy management systems.

3. Uses and Applications – Mastered Energy

From electric mobility to grid stability, STARCORP puts intelligent storage at the service of all energy uses.

The combination of our solar production solutions and intelligent storage paves the way for a wide range of concrete uses, for individuals, professionals, communities, and major energy players alike.

Charging stations for electric vehicles

STARCORP GROUP develops a complete range of solutions to support the transition to electric mobility. For individuals, we offer standard AC charging stations (7 kW, 11 kW, or 22 kW), perfectly suited to daily residential needs. For more demanding uses, we deploy high-end DC charging stations from 30 kW to 50 kW, enabling fast and efficient charging, particularly integrated into our “Solar Carport” solutions.

Beyond individual solutions, we support local authorities, social landlords, real estate developers, and companies with electric fleets in setting up scalable charging infrastructures. Thanks to storage integration, these systems ensure constant availability and reduced impact on the grid.

BESS for industry

In a context of highly fluctuating electricity prices, STARCORP batteries provide an effective response for industrial and agricultural sites. Combined or not with a photovoltaic plant, our systems help reduce costs linked to consumption peaks (peak shaving), optimize self-consumption, and ensure energy continuity for critical processes. By integrating our intelligent supervisor, the company benefits from optimized management of its energy flows, reduced charges, and improved competitiveness.

BESS for grid stability and support

Energy storage systems also bring strategic value to grid operators such as ENEDIS. In many rural areas, the grid experiences strong voltage and frequency variations, creating imbalances. BESS can stabilize the grid by rapidly injecting or absorbing power and correcting the power factor (P/Q).

Active power (P) corresponds to the energy actually used to power equipment.

Reactive power (Q), although not producing useful work, is necessary to maintain the electromagnetic fields of equipment (motors, transformers, etc.).

A poor power factor leads to inefficiency and increased losses. Through advanced regulation modes (power factor control, Volt-Var, Volt-Watt, Frequency-Watt), BESS help maintain voltage and frequency within optimal ranges, reducing stress on infrastructures.

BESS for renewable energy producers

Operators of ground-mounted solar plants and wind farms are often forced to reduce or stop production to avoid overloading the grid. In such cases, storage becomes essential: it absorbs surplus energy instead of wasting it, then releases it later, for example at night or during periods of low production.

In the long term, interconnection and coordinated management of all BESS by energy operators will ensure fine-tuned grid regulation. This will guarantee better integration of renewables with other production sources (nuclear, hydro, etc.), while strengthening overall system stability.

The 5 Strategic Advantages of Energy Storage Systems (BESS)

Much more than simple batteries, BESS offer a wide range of functionalities that transform electricity management: they reduce costs, strengthen energy autonomy, ensure power continuity, facilitate the integration of renewable energies, and stabilize the grid.

Peak Demand Management (Demand Charge Management)

Storage makes it possible to smooth out consumption by reducing demand peaks, which are often billed at very high rates by electricity providers. By discharging the battery during peak periods, the company reduces its energy costs and optimizes its supply contract.

Self-Generation and Self-Consumption (Customer Self-Supply)

Thanks to the BESS, locally produced energy (for example via photovoltaic panels) can be stored and then consumed directly on-site. This increases energy autonomy, reduces dependence on the grid, and improves the profitability of renewable installations.

Backup Power

Batteries provide continuous power in the event of a grid outage. They ensure business continuity for sensitive sites (industrial, agricultural, IT, hospital) and prevent losses caused by production interruptions.

Autonomous Microgrids (Micro-Grid)

Coupled with renewable sources, BESS make it possible to create microgrids independent of the main grid. These systems provide a reliable solution for remote sites, as well as greater flexibility for communities and industrial zones.

Frequency Regulation

BESS contribute to the balance of the power grid by rapidly supplying energy or absorbing excesses. This real-time regulation improves grid stability and supports the large-scale integration of intermittent renewable energies.
